I’m Nikki, the Owner and Operator of The Collective. My journey in this industry began 20+  

years ago at 18 when I met a local escort who introduced me to the freedom of setting her own  

schedule and earning a substantial income. Inspired by the possibilities, I chose to step into this  

world on my own terms.  

Over the years, I worked with some of the Island’s most well-known agencies, managing a few  

along the way. My experience extended to the mainland and Alberta, where I worked both  

independently and with established agencies.  

During my time as both an escort and a manager, I saw firsthand how unclear and restrictive the  

industry could be. There was little transparency about your role, your rights, and even what you  

were “allowed” to do. It became evident that despite the notion of autonomy, unspoken rules and  

expectations still dictated the way things operated.  

This never sat right with me—after all, isn’t it my body, my choice? Unfortunately, the reality  

was far more complicated. Change was desperately needed, and I soon realized that real  

transformation could only happen if I built something of my own. I envisioned a space that  

prioritized community, safety, and inclusivity—a space where those who chose this path could  

feel supported and empowered. And in order to create that, I had to take the lead myself.  

As the saying goes, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”  

And so, I did. I founded Vouge Collective, the Island’s premier choice for upscale  

companionship. From there, I expanded with Babe Cave, giving local exotic dancers  

opportunities within a larger establishment and the chance to grow with me. Most recently, I  

launched Hush, an agency that reintroduced flat rates reminiscent of the early 2000s, bringing  

competitive options back into the industry.  

Victoria is my home, and The Collective is my legacy—a space built on trust, respect, and  

unwavering support. My doors are always open to those navigating this industry, providing an  

environment where everyone feels valued, safe, and empowered.
